Yves Rocray, Executive Director
With a Graduate Diploma in Cultural Organization Management from HEC Montréal, Mr. Rocray has worked in the arts since 1986 and has been the Executive Director of LADMMI since December 2007.
His diverse array of experiences as manager of cultural organizations—at the Théâtre Denise-Pelletier, the Théâtre Petit à Petit, the Théâtre du Nouveau Monde and the École nationale de Cirque—has led him to pinpoint with masterful precision the issues currently facing the arts—a huge advantage for LADMMI as the school steps into a period of development and transformation.
Lucie Boissinot, Artistic and Program Director
Since 2005, Lucie Boissinot has been Artistic Director and Studies Director at LADMMI, the contemporary dance school. She has worked in contemporary dance for more than 25 years, going from performer to choreograph to teacher, to finish as manager and consultant, a role she has performed for five years now.
A professional recognized for her clear judgment and visionary spirit, Ms. Boissinot is regularly asked to sit on various boards of directors. Since 2006, she is a member of the Conseil des arts de Montréal.
For over ten years, many government authorities in the arts have called on her quick analytical spirit and in-depth knowledge of the milieu as a participant on various committees and juries. Every year, she carries out evaluations for the Conseil de arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ) and the Canada Council for the Arts (CCA).
